Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 01:43PM Recently I said that I was going to catch up on some posts that were long overdue. Well, this is another one of those! In October I was fortunate enough to travel to St. Louis with some friends to attend a Shooters workshop hosted by Brett Jarnagin and Hiram Trillo. It was an amazing workshop focusing mainly on creative lighting! Here are a few images I took at the workshop!

Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 08:09AM There is really no way for me to explain one of the most powerful weekends of my life! God is so good and so faithful and so amazing in taking care of the most minor details of our lives. Ten ladies came to Brady to share their lives, their pain, their faith, and their hope. These aren't just any ladies. These are ladies who have encountered the loss of a full term baby. They call themselves Hope Moms because they believe that their babies were born out of hope, prayed for in hope and taken to Christ in hope.
When our sweet Sarah (& Chet) lost baby Holden on August 28, 2010, our lives were shattered. However, with each passing day, more and more women reached out to Sarah who had experienced the same kind of loss. This weekend was all about bringing all of these ladies together in person to meet. They traveled from Germany, Canada, Washington and Michigan, as well as, Texas. It was such a beautiful sight seeing them love on each other and share their stories of their little ones.
We were blessed with the beautiful lodge at Selah Springs Ranch. Thanks Phil and Andrea Chavanne for providing such an amazing, restful place!

Sunday, January 30, 2011 at 04:05PM Hi everyone! Tisha and I have been enjoying the slower pace that January brings after a crazy busy holiday season. It gives us a little time to do some "housekeeping" around the studio and to prepare for the upcoming busy season. We have been wrapping up wedding albums and ordering cool new sample products that we will be offering in 2011. We also have some exciting things we are working on that we will be announcing in the near future, including a brand new blog! Stay tuned!
Occasionally we have things that we would like to blog, but simply don't have the time to put them up. I will be working to catch up on a few of those over the next few weeks. On October 6th (Tisha's Birthday) I was in Louisiana training with the amazing Kelly Moore! Here are some of the images I shot of our fabulous model, Erica Alexandria!

Friday, January 21, 2011 at 09:59AM We were so excited when Kimberly contacted us about photographing her wedding! We met up with Kimberly and Kevin at the canals at Las Colinas to photograph their engagement session. We hit it off instantly and I can't wait until we get to capture their special day in June! Congrats, Kimberly & Kevin!
